Publicitas-LHM Launches.

Expanding its position in the print media representation industry, Publicitas Promotions Network (PPN) announces the launch of Publicitas-LHM (Leading Hispanic Media) to focus on the U.S. Hispanic market.

Publicitas-LHM will offer a unique business model created exclusively for the Hispanic market, and differentiate itself from the existing print media representation firms by establishing long-term strategic alliances with a selective group of media companies. “We are offering a specialized sales approach to our represented portfolio of media partners. We will assign a team of dedicated and experienced sales professionals in a true extension of our exclusively represented partners, while integrating sales, branding and consulting services along with administrative functions” stated Grace Palacios-Will, CEO of Publicitas-LHM.

As part of PPN’s strong commitment to this new venture, Publicitas-LHM also announced that Amelie Ferro has joined the firm as the newly appointed Vice President Business Development. Ms. Ferro, who will work alongside Ms. Palacios-Will, was most recently General Manager of United Advertising Media responsible for three titles including Auto Mercado, catering to US Hispanic consumers. Prior to that, Ms. Ferro was National Sales Manager with Ask Jeeves en Español and Sales Promotions Manager with Yahoo! en Español. Ms. Ferro began her career with The Walt Disney Company. Ms. Palacios-Will stated, “We are very fortunate and excited to have Amelie join our family. She is a dynamic individual with tremendous drive, motivation and a keen sense of balance between partners’ needs and advertisers’ objectives”.

Grace Palacios-Will will function as CEO of the new venture while still responsible for the continued success of Publicitas Latin America – including Charney/Palacios & Co, a subsidiary of PPN.
