ZGS Broadcast Holdings, Inc. annouced the appointment of Art Olivas as the General Manager of Telemundo KTYO-TV in El Paso.
Prior to joining ZGS, Mr. Olivas held posts at ABC and Univision television affiliates in El Paso.
