Creating A Marketing Effort To Benefit HIV/AIDS Services.

Axiss Advertising & Design, a full-service, independent agency providing solutions and personalized services to the general, U.S Hispanic and Latin American markets, announced that it has been awarded the creation and development of the advertising campaign for the 20th Annual White Party events being held in late November. The events, better known as the “White Party Week,” will benefit Care Resource, South Florida’s one source for HIV/AIDS services.
“At Axiss Advertising, we are excited to have been awarded the development of the creative advertising campaign to promote this internationally recognized charitable event, which has existed over the last two decades,” said Lexi Segré, President of Axiss Advertising & Design. “Our goal is for the week of events to be a success as we celebrate White Party’s 20th anniversary.”
The White Party Week of events is a series of internationally acclaimed AIDS fundraisers benefiting individuals in South Florida that are infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. Axiss Advertising will promote over a dozen events and donate a portion of its services as Pro-Bono to benefit Care Resource’s mission, which underwrites HIV/AIDS services to residents of Miami-Dade and Broward County, including HIV clinical trials, research, and preventative education. The advertising campaign will entail the development of both print and on-line campaign elements, which include internet banner ads, event posters, palm cards, invitations, program books, street banners and much more.
“We are delighted to be working with Axiss Advertising & Design on this year’s White Party ad campaign,” states Care Resource’s Executive Director, Rick Siclari. “We felt the creative concepts and designs they submitted during the selection process truly spoke to our target audience and can easily be applied to the many events that encompass White Party Week. As this will be the twentieth annual White Party we were looking for a fresh new look for the ad campaign in the hope of bringing back again those who attended in the past, as well as attracting those who’ve never been. With Axiss’ assistance we believe that we’ll achieve that.” He adds, “Aside from being a series of exciting events The White Party is a fundraiser, first and foremost. Since its inception, it’s been a way to raise money and awareness for HIV/AIDS services. Even though its 20 years later, its importance and goal has remained the same; that message will also be relayed in the ad campaign.”
The White Party Week events for this November will be filled with pleasant and exciting surprises, including moving the extremely popular Muscle Beach party, taking place on 12th Street beach on Miami Beach, to Sunday afternoon and the 20th Annual White Party at Vizcaya Museum and Gardens to Saturday night – instead of on the traditional Sunday night. There will also be some brand new dance and cultural events added to the schedule as well.
