Diario Fox Sports, the live prime-time sports news program originating from the Fox Sports en Español’s studios in Mexico, is launching a Saturday night edition beginning on July 3, 2004 at 10:00 p.m. PT/1:00 a.m. ET. The Saturday edition now extends the newscast to seven days a week.

Experienced sports journalists Javier Vargas and Alfredo Ruiz will anchor the nightly edition of Diario Fox Sports. The show currently features in-depth reports on Mexican soccer and news from around the globe, including highlights of Latin American and European soccer, boxing, tennis and the NFL, all tailored to the interests of U.S. Hispanic sports fans. Diario Fox Sports made its U.S. debut on Fox Sports en Español in February of this year.
