Century 21 Expands Marketing Effort To Hispanics.
March 19, 2004
As part of its long-standing commitment to meet the needs of this unique audience, Century 21 Real Estate Corporation today announced the expansion of its national Hispanic marketing program. This comprehensive strategy includes the launch of two new Spanish-language commercials and the continuation of its exclusive sponsorship of the “Camino a Casa con Century 21” series on the Telemundo television network.
“Since 1995, the Century 21 System has focused on helping the Hispanic consumer through comprehensive marketing programs focused on the unique situations that these home buyers and sellers face,” said Van Davis, CEO and president of Century 21 Real Estate Corporation. “The Century 21 System is proud of its position as an industry leader in servicing the real estate needs of today’s Hispanic consumer, and looks forward to continuing its efforts to help Hispanic-Americans achieve the dream of homeownership.”
As part of its national Hispanic marketing program, the Century 21 System unveiled two new Spanish-language television commercials in late March that will air during popular early morning, prime time and weekend programming on the nation’s top three Hispanic networks: Telemundo, Univision and Telefutura. The 30-second commercials will air throughout 2004.
Created with The Vidal Partnership, the Century 21 System’s Hispanic marketing agency of record, the new commercials affirm the Century 21 real estate professional’s position as a trusted advisor in the mind of the Hispanic consumer, providing them with the knowledge, information and peace of mind they need to successfully navigate the home buying process.
To help reduce the barriers, uncertainties and anxieties that many Hispanic-Americans often face in their quest for homeownership, the Century 21 System will, for the second consecutive year, sponsor “Camino a Casa con Century 21,” (“The Road Home with Century 21, a home-buying segment on the Telemundo television network’s popular early morning show, De Mananita.
The educational series, airing Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. (EDT) through June 22, 2004, will leverage the real estate knowledge and experience of several Century 21 real estate professionals, including the segment’s host, Francisco Angulo, broker of Century 21 United Properties, located in Weston, Fla., Maria Chavez, a broker/manager with Century 21 United TRG, LLC in Miami Beach, Fla., and Lucy Quinones, sales associate/office manager for Century 21 Birchwood Realty in Cape Coral, Fla. With Angulo as a trusted guide, the 13-week series will feature special guests and question and answer segments, offering viewers information crucial to the often daunting, even stressful home-buying process. Topics include selecting a real estate professional, myths about and obstacles to the home buying process, negotiating and making an offer, home inspection, closing the deal and moving in.
