JC Penney has consolidated their Hispanic effort under Dieste Harmel & Associates, the move was done to bring both the mainstream and Hispanic efforts under the Omnicom Group and DDB umbrella.
The account was previously handled by San Antonio based Cartel Creativo and Amistad Media.
