Univision ‘Te Amare En Silencio’ Captures The Struggles Of Life & Love In Hispanic America.

A Spanish-language novela that captures the emotions and rich diversity of Hispanics in the United States, “Te Amare en Silencio” (“I’ll Love You in Silence”), debuts Monday, December 15 at 9pm ET/PT on Univision.

“Te Amare en Silencio” is the story of Celeste (Ana Carolina Da Fonseca), a young Hispanic American woman, who as an eight-year-old child witnesses the horrific murder of her parents. As she watches the killer escape, young Celeste tries to scream for help — but finds that she cannot make a sound. Traumatized by the terrible event, Celeste loses her ability to speak and runs from her past. She spends fifteen years alone and in silence until she is reunited with her remaining family members. But upon her return, she learns two devastating secrets: Camilo (Eduardo Yanez), the man she loves, is married to another woman and his father is the man who murdered her parents.

Produced by Paloma Productions and shot entirely on location in Southern California, “Te Amare en Silencio” explores the trials and tribulations of this young Hispanic woman living in Los Angeles. In pursuit of happiness, Celeste finds a love that grows in silence but turns into a roar. The intricate characters, beautiful scenery and intriguing sub-plots of “Te Amare en Silencio” will keep viewers hooked until the shocking ending, which is guaranteed to leave them speechless.

Featuring Mexican novela heartthrob and Hollywood crossover star Eduardo Yanez, along with some of Latin America’s most celebrated artists, the production was specifically cast to reflect Hispanic American life.
