Tony Roma’s, Famous for Ribs, hosted an adventure for the grand finale of La Casa Pepsi in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Dec. 10, 2003. The culmination event is the site of the $250,000 grand prize presentation.
Univision and Pepsi-Cola have teamed up for the annual, most recognized Latino promotion, La Casa Pepsi. Ten semi-finalists have been selected and are traveling to San Juan, Puerto Rico. They will compete for a chance to win the $250,000 grand prize by participating in an adventure to find a key. As each finalist stands in front of their randomly selected treasure chest, they will use their key to open their treasure chest to see if they have won the grand prize of $250,000, to use toward the purchase of a new home. The 13th annual La Casa Pepsi finale, hosted by Karla Martinez, will be filmed this week in Puerto Rico, with an adventure at a local Tony Roma’s, and will air on Univision on January 1, 2004.
“The La Casa Pepsi promotion provided a unique opportunity to our guests, and we are excited about connecting with the Latino community,” said Marc Buehler, VP of Marketing, Tony Roma’s.
Tony Roma’s is the exclusive restaurant partner for La Casa Pepsi. Each Tony Roma’s location provided information about how consumers could enter the La Casa Pepsi promotion.
