Telemundo 51/WSCV topped all local news stations at 11pm in the highly competitive November Sweeps period. Led by Ambrosio Hernandez and Maria Montoya, Telemundo Noticiero 51 finished with a 6.7 rating, representing approximately 269,000 viewers. Telemundo 51 is also the only Spanish-language station to win 1st place among all stations in its viewing area, anywhere in the country.
Telemundo 51 is the sole station to show year-to-year growth both at 6pm and 11pm. Telemundo 51 posted year-to year gains of 18% at 11pm, representing an audience growth of approximately 44,500 viewers. The 6pm newscast showed growth of 9%.
