Chaidez – VP General Manager Of KPLS-AM In LA.

Radiovisa Corporation announced the addition of Zeke Chaidez as VP/General Manager of Radiovisa’s pending acquisition, KPLS-AM Los Angeles. Chaidez will oversee the day-to-day operations of the radio station and will report directly to Radiovisa Chairman Steve Lehman.

Radiovisa COO Ray De La Garza stated, “Finding someone with Zeke’s credentials and proven track record in the Los Angeles market gives us a tremendous advantage. We are already benefiting from his major market leadership experience and team building skills, not to mention his in depth knowledge and understanding of the Hispanic radio arena.”

A Mexican-American and native of Los Angeles, Chaidez states, “I have literally seen Spanish language media evolve from its infancy 30 plus years ago. My first language is Spanish and I have always been a consumer of Spanish language media. I understand our market not only from a business perspective but also from a consumer perspective.
