Mas que Amor…Frenesi Debuts @ WXTV-TV In NYC.

A new daytime drama, which centers on the troubled marriages of three women, bows on Univision 41 (WXTV), Gotham’s premier Spanish- language TV station, Monday, October 6, at 12 noon. “Mas que Amor…Frenesi” (More than Love…Passion) will be seen weekdays from noon to 1 pm.

“Mas que Amor…Frenesi” stars Wanda D’Isidoro as Virginia, Carolina Perpetuo as Mercedes, and Gigi Zanchetta as Hada Marina, three women whose marriages are built on lies and betrayal. Virginia is married to a wealthy but impotent doctor who blames his wife for his physical shortcomings. Mercedes fears that forcing her husband to chose between her and his mistress will cause him to have another heart attack. Hada Marina, a promising chef, devotes herself to cooking to compensate for an unhappy marriage.

Set in Caracas, Venezuela, “Mas que Amor…Frenesi” is a Venevision production.
