SÌ TV To Add Three Programs To Schedule.

On the heels of recently completed carriage agreements with Time Warner Cable and Cox Communications that provide access to a potential 18 million U.S. cable homes, SÌ TV continues to steadily ramp up its programming slate in advance of its February 25, 2004 launch. In addition to “New York Undercover” and “Queen of Swords,” both of which were previously announced, SÌ TV and has announced the production of an original new program and the licensing of two others:

– “Fly Paper: Fashion That Sticks” – Currently in pre-production, “Fly pPaper” is an edgy Latino/urban fashion program with a hip-hop style. Its regular segments include “The Swat Team” (cameras on the street looking for makeover victims from behind, from a unique perspective), “Fly By Night” (spotlighting apparel worn in clubs, lounges and bars), “The Buzz” (fashion news) and “Fly of the Week” (profiles on leading designers, stylists and fashionistas). The show will be executive produced by Diane Librizzi for La Loca Entertainment, Inc.

– “Urban Latino” – An Imagen Aaward-winning half-hour lifestyle show, licensed for the cable window, “Urban Latino” highlights diverse elements of U.S. Latino culture: from entertainment and celebrity interviews to fashion, music and food, each from a New York young adult Latino perspective. SÌ TV has licensed the cable window of the show from Artist and Idea Management.

– “Malcolm & Eddie” – Starring Malcolm-Jamal Warner (“The Cosby Show”) and Eddie Griffin (Undercover Brother) as two unlikely roommates and business partners, “Malcolm & Eddie”this multicultural sitcom featuring Latino guest stars aired on broadcast television from 1996-2000, where it performinged extremely well well with young audiences and over-indexing in Latino households. SÌ TV has licensed the exclusive cable premier window of the series from Sony Pictures Television.

“We are continually buildingcontinue to build a matrix of programming that will appeals toa young Latino viewership as well as those crossover audiences who already enjoy English-language, Latino-themedtargeted entertainment,” stated SÌ TV co-chairman Jeff Valdez. “All three of these properties move us closer to that goal and we look forward to more milestone announcements in the months ahead.”
