King Features Syndicate has retained Animus/Intuition Media to head up strategic- and marketing-related tasks to launch its new product “Diversión” in the top Hispanic markets in the United States. Set to debut in 2004, this new weekly Spanish-language entertainment supplement for newspapers will provide a lively, innovative editorial environment sure to capture the interest and loyalty of Hispanic families every week. The full-color supplement will feature Latin celebrity and sports profiles, popular comics in Spanish, a showcase for new Latino cartooning talent, games, contests and entertaining editorial matter, including Hispanic lifestyle and culture features, advice, Latin music reviews and much more.
“Diversión” will launch with 1 million plus distribution in the top 10 Hispanic markets and will be available by newsstand, subscription or high-density Hispanic zip code delivery.
