Radio Unica Makes $9.3 Million Interest Payment.

Radio Unica Communications Corp. has paid the $9,287,670 interest payment with respect to its 11 3/4% Senior Discount Notes due 2006 issued under an Indenture dated July 27, 1998. Under the Indenture pursuant to which the Senior Discount Notes were issued, the Company had until September 2, 2003 to make such interest payment before an event of default would occur.
According to Inside radio, the company continues to be on the sales block.
