von Lichtenberg – GM @ Entravision’s Univision & TeleFutura Affiliates In Boston & Hartford.

Entravision Communications Corporation announced the promotion of Alexander von Lichtenberg to General Manager of its television stations, UNIVISION WUNI-TV and TELEFUTURA WUTF-TV in Boston and UNIVISION WUVN-TV and TELEFUTURA WUTH-TV in Hartford, where he was previously General Sales Manager (GSM). Mr. von Lichtenberg will oversee all operations at the stations, including advertising sales, local news programming and administration. He replaces Felix Perez who is returning to New York for personal reasons.

Mr. von Lichtenberg has approximately 15 years of sales and marketing experience including six years of sales management experience at WUNI-TV. As Director of Sales at WUNI-TV, he achieved three consecutive years of over 15% revenue growth even after eliminating more than 60% of paid programming avails. Prior to joining WUNI-TV, he held various sports marketing positions in Massachusetts with the New England Patriots, World Cup Boston ’94, F.C. Boston, Inc. and as a Sports Marketing Consultant. He is a graduate of McGill University and earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the London Business School.
