mun2 television Launches TV Show Focused On West Coast Culture.

If you’re watching an interview with the Director of “Nosotros,” footage from UCLA’s Latino Festival, Poncho Sánchez at the Congas, or a review of the new “Chica” clothing design line, then you’ve tuned in to “Off The Roof,” a fast-paced magazine style television show focused on Latinos from the West coast. mun2 television, the only bilingual alternative for young
U.S. Latinos, will broadcast the show live Monday through Friday at 10PM ET/PT.

This original co-production between mun2 and Perfect Image includes a variety of entertaining topics from sports and fashion to music and lifestyle, but it also carries controversial and engaging themes such as politics and culture, all as it relates to the West coast. The production’s bureau based in Los Angeles is the key to maintaining abreast of the community it aims to represent. “Off the Roof” will captivate its audience with a daily topic open for live discussion via phone, and it will also inspire with segments like “Rise and Shine” which highlights the accomplishments of Latinos on that side of the country. The first show featured Gabriel Buelna, Executive Director of Proyecto Pastoral at Dolores Mission, a non-profit organization in East Los Angeles whose mission is to provide training, education and social services.
