Univision Over Paid For Televisa Record Company.

In their annual report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Univision Communications they claimed that they overpaid when it bought Televisa’s Fonovisa record label last year.
Univision Communications is seeking $30 million back from Televisa. Negotiation are expected to enter arbitration shortly.
