Ingrid Otero-Smart has been named CEO of Mendoza Dillon & Asociados an Aliso Viejo, CA Hispanic agency. She is promoted to the position immediately, as Robert Howells former CEO retires from his post.
Otero-Smart previously held the position of President & COO of the agency. She will report to Daisy Exposito-Ulla, who heads the WPP multicultural group and is the CEO of New York based The Bravo Group.
She is the current president of the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies, an industry organization promoting the growth of the Hispanic ad and media industries.
