ZGS Communications, a multicultural firm in the Washington, DC metro area, hired Joseph Matos as their Director of Creative and Client Development. ZGS’s growth this past year triggered the hiring of Mr. Matos for his strategic and creative expertise and he is responsible for the creative direction of accounts and the supervision of client relationships. Mr. Matos’s background in creative direction, strategic planning and video/film production make him a perfect fit for ZGS Communications.

Mr. Matos worked at SiboneyUSA as Creative Director, Associate Creative Director at UniWorld Group, and began his advertising agency career at Conill Advertising as a Junior Art Director.
