New York based el diario/LA PRENSA’s 90th Anniversary celebration is documenting the history of Hispanics for most of the 20th Century.

Established in 1913, el diario/LA PRENSA has become an icon to the New York Hispanic community, a witness to its intricate history, and the longest standing and one of the most reputable Hispanic institutions of its kind in the United States.

In a category of its own in the Hispanic media arena, this 90th anniversary milestone places el diario/LA PRENSA within a very select group of media organizations in the country. Its celebration, a symbol of pride and admiration for a community that already represents 13% of the U.S. population.

From a commemorative 90th Anniversary Gala, its traditional Women’s Awards Luncheon and Cultural Celebrations Series, a multidimensional promotional campaign, a brand new design, and unique sections bringing its history to life, 2003 will undoubtedly reaffirm el diario/LA PRENSA’s position as one of the most solid organizations in the history of U.S. Hispanic media.
