ICOM Expands Capabilities in Hispanic Market.
November 9, 2002
Recognizing the significance of the growing numbers of Hispanics in the U.S., the ICOM (www.icomagencies.com) network of independent ad agencies, has expanded its multi-cultural capabilities in the U.S.
Two agencies, based on the East and West Coasts, have been approved for membership, and ICOM agency Cramer-Krasselt, Orlando, Fla., recently began collaborating with the network’s Puerto Rican member Arteaga & Arteaga, San Juan, on a project for a financial institution in Florida that is expected to lead to a new campaign next year.
The two new members are al Punto, Tustin, Calif., and The Viva Partnership, Miami, representing more than $20 million in billings.
“Our members have recognized that to provide the best service to clients in this fast-growing segment of the market, we need experts in the U.S. Hispanic market strategically located in this country, and we have found two highly energetic and creative shops with a broad range of experience,” said ICOM Executive Director Gary Burandt.
