Top immigration official Jim Ziglar, Commissioner US Immigration & Naturalization Services will speak about the role immigration plays in the economic impact of South Florida. In particular, he will explain the new changes and regulations for visitors coming from Latin America & the Caribbean. On the other hand, Hector Barreto, Executive Director of the SBA at the Federal level, will discuss the new focus President G. W.
