The Cast
El Juego de La Vida is an original drama that features superior performances from a cast of well-known young stars. Among them are Sara Maldonado, Margarita Magaña, Jacqueline García, Ana Layevska, Valentino Lanus, Raúl Araiza, and Mike Biagio.

Key Characters and The Storyline

The story commences as four 17-year-old friends prepare for their first day as high school seniors. As the drama unfolds, these young women will learn about life and love, but mostly about themselves. A crucial element of this story involves their participation as members of a girl’s soccer team. Through their involvement in the game, the friends will learn to work together, set goals, and express their talents and abilities as well as their frustrations.

Lorena

Honest, trustworthy, and caring, Lorena (Sara Maldonado) is the perfect friend who can always be counted on. A hard-working young woman, she values all that she has and fights for what she wants. After suffering a devastating break-up, she finally finds love again, only to discover that it will also bring its share of disappointments.

Paulina

Paulina (Ana Layevska) is the perpetual troublemaker. Fun and outgoing, she is also immature – a quality that will cause her to make many mistakes. She finds in her friends the love and understanding she has been denied at home by her father.

Fernanda

Fernanda (Margarita Magaña) is an extremely loyal person who would do anything to protect her friends. Cynical about love, she claims not to be interested in having a boyfriend, until the day a single, breathtaking kiss causes her to dramatically change her mind.

Daniela

Daniela (Jacqueline García) is the eternal dreamer, a fantasy-maker who sees the world through rose-colored glasses. Timid and shy, her life is controlled by her very strict father. The confidence that she lacks will be built through her experiences with love.

Juan Carlos

Kind, good-looking, and responsible, Juan Carlos (Valentino Lanus) is a studious young man whose main priority is his family. During his time away from school, he helps his grandfather establish a girl’s soccer team. His perseverance in life will be matched by his determination to succeed in love.

The pressures, passions, and pitfalls of young adulthood are perfectly portrayed in El Juego de la Vida. Guaranteed to be a favorite among viewers of all ages, this exquisite production will captivate audiences from its very first episode on Tuesday, June 4.
