Galascene Renews For 2002 @ Galavision.

Diane Librizzi, creator and Executive Producer of Galascene, announced that Galascene, the first television program targeted to young bilingual and bicultural Latinos, has been renewed for the 2002 television season on the Spanish cable network Galavision.

“We’re thrilled that Galascene has been reordered for next year. The show has been experiencing tremendous growth and we’ve been able to generate ratings that have surpassed our projections and our previous year’s ratings by over 1000%,” said Librizzi.

With soaring ratings and overwhelming audience feedback, Galascene proves that its format is desired by the young Latino audience. The show’s fresh cutting-edge programming approach pulls audiences into the world of fashion, music, entertainment and street culture, from a Latino perspective. In 2001, Galascene secured interviews with some of the today’s hottest names including Robert Rodriguez, Director of the blockbuster film “Spy Kids”, actor Jay Hernandez from “Crazy Beautiful”, Hip Hop artists’ Angie Martinez and P. Diddy, and the nationally acclaimed Johnny Cochrane.
