Latino Business Association Expo In LA.

The Sixth Annual LBA Expo will feature more than 7,000 successful Latino entrepreneurs and over 40 international exhibitors generating solid global business opportunities. The Latino Business Association, LBA, was established in 1976 and is the nation’s largest organization representing the issues and concerns of Latino business owners. The primary purpose of the LBA is to promote the growth of Latino-owned businesses by fostering development opportunities, providing educational workshops, and formulating effective advocacy programs.

The expo program includes business sessions and seminars, some of which will be offered in Spanish. The theme for these seminars is “Business Knowledge Builds Business Growth”. The expo participants will learn about successful business practices to help them manage and grow their businesses.

Some of the confirmed speakers include:

· Michael Milken, leading philanthropist and financier will deliver the keynote address.

· Julie Stav, the “Latin Lady of Personal Finance” will be keynote speaker at our businesswoman reception, also during the Sixth Annual Expo:

Maria Antonieta Collins, Univision weekend anchorwoman will MC the businesswoman breakfast. In addition, she will be on hand to participate on panels and in book signings of her latest inspirational book.

The sixth Latin Business Association Expo will be held Wednesday, November 14 and Thursday, November 15 2001 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Los Angeles Convention Center at 1201 South Figueroa Street in downtown.
