NUVOtv celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month

NUVOtv is marking the 25th Anniversary of Hispanic Heritage Month, September 15 through October 15, with “Turning Points” – exclusive vignettes that celebrate Latino success stories.  These original 30-second interview-style vignettes feature A Step Away cast members talking about key moments on their roads to success.
 
A Step Away, the NUVOtv original dance docu-series, premiered on October 3. Cast members Gilbert Saldivar, Cat Rendic, Jose Hernandez, Tera Perez and Beau “Casper” Smart reveal their “Turning Points” in the vignettes. “Turning Points” is also featured on www.mynuvotv.com.
 
Additionally, in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, NUVOtv has partnered with both DISH and Comcast to contribute original programming to DISH’s Blockbuster Channel and Comcast’s Xfinity Freeview Latino promotion.  DISH is airing the NUVOtv original series House of Joy and Pastport: Panama free for the duration of Hispanic Heritage Month. Xfinity Freeview Latino is featuring the entire first seasons of House of Joy, Mario Lopez 1 on 1 and Stand Up & Deliver, as well as A Step Away. The Xfinity Latino Freeview is running through October 6 and is available to all Xfinity TV customers on Xfinity On Demand, Xfinity.com/Latino and on the Xfinity TV Player app.
