Fresco named VP U.S. Community Alliances, Events and Engagement

Nielsen announced that Trina M. Fresco will now be serving as the vice president of U.S. Community Alliances, Events and Engagement. Fresco will manage the company’s community collaborations with multicultural organizations across the nations.
