NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises tapped for distribution, monetization and social Activation of Más Mejor

Broadway Video is launching a new premium comedy collective powered by Latino voices. The studio, Más Mejor, will create and distribute content targeted to the growing Latino population but will appeal to general audiences in the U.S. and beyond. In collaboration with NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, the partnership will utilize their digital and social audiences to distribute the content and create exclusive sponsorship opportunities.

Broadway Video has partnered with emerging and marquee comedic talent and digital influencers including SNL alums Horatio Sanz and Fred Armisen; Vine star David Lopez; Gina Brillon, Fabrizio Copano, Melissa Villaseñor, Room 28, and Frank Garcia Hejl. A partnership with Mexico City production studio What A Bear run by Adriana Bello (Days of Grace) and Lemon Films’ Billy and Fernando Rovzar (Casa Mi Padre) will source talent and produce short-form comedy content in keeping with the Broadway Video brand.

The programming schedule will be announced in January 2016, when the studio’s content goes live.  It will include weekly short-form premium comedy series and topical videos and editorial.  The content will be a mix of Spanish and English-language for the growing bilingual, multicultural demographic.

NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises will leverage its full spectrum of digital platforms to distribute content and develop unique sponsorship opportunities. Additionally, they will engage social conversations collaborating with their award winning Social Media team.
