Richards/Lerma’s Flor Leibaschoff named as DMN 2019 Women to Watch Honoree

Richards/Lerma announced that Flor Leibaschoff has been named a DMN 2019 Women to Watch Honoree.

The prestigious DMN Marketing Hall of Femme and Women to Watch program recognizes female marketers who have taken risks, pushed limits, and achieved standout success in their marketing careers.

As a DMN 2019 Women to Watch honoree, Leibaschoff was recognized as a next-generation superstar on the fast-track to marketing greatness in a celebration in New York City on May 16.  During the half-day awards program, honorees had the chance to hear first-person narratives of other inductees and attend sessions that explore the issues most relevant to female leaders working in marketing today.

Flor Leibaschoff has been in the advertising world for over 18 years. Over the last 10 years, she has been a creative director at some of the biggest agencies in the U.S .Hispanic market. She has led million-dollar campaigns for multinational brands. She was the first Hispanic in the industry who won a YC at the Cannes Film Festival among many other international recognitions. She started her career in Argentina, at Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, Pari-Renault and Agulla & Bacceti.

Previously, she was a creative director at Dieste, Inspire. She was also the vice-president at Círculo Creativo and secretary of education. Currently, she represents Círculo Creativo as a regional leader for Texas and is group creative director at Richards/Lerma.
