Arminda Figueroa, CEO of Latin2Latin Marketing, Attends White House Meeting to Discuss Economic Transformation in Florida

Arminda Figueroa, CEO of Latin2Latin Marketing, was invited to the White House to engage in discussions centered around the impact of President Biden’s Investing in America Agenda on Florida’s economic landscape. Ms. Figueroa, a prominent advocate for small businesses and Latino-owned enterprises in the state, represented the voice of entrepreneurs in Florida during these crucial conversations.

In response to the invitation, Ms. Figueroa stated, “today’s discussions play a pivotal role in conveying the authentic voice of Florida’s small businesses to the White House, highlighting the current administration’s crucial role in shaping the state’s economic trajectory. These conversations underscore the administration’s commitment to fostering an investment-friendly environment and promoting job creation, which is especially heartening and promising. It’s gratifying to witness this dedication to supporting small businesses, particularly those owned by Latinos, as they are essential contributors to the state’s growth.”

Alongside Fort Lauderdale’s Mayor Dean Tantali’s , John Moreno, President of the Broward County Hispanic Heritage Chamber, Ms. Figueroa, participated in the dialogue with other Florida leaders and elected officials. The discussion encompassed various subjects, with a particular focus on the far-reaching effects of the $8.2 billion in federal funding allocated to support 213 infrastructure projects throughout Florida. Notable areas of investment included the restoration of the Everglades and the expansion of the Orlando International Airport.

During her participation, Ms. Figueroa emphasized the importance of continuing to build the economy from the bottom up and middle out. She underscored the significance of urging President Biden, the US Congress, and the Senate to collaborate in a bipartisan manner for the betterment of the American people, ensuring that the momentum observed in Florida’s economic revitalization extends to the broader US, Puerto Rico, and US Territories.
