Grupo Garnier Expands Operations to Miami with the Launch of SHIFT U.S. by Grupo Garnier

Grupo Garnier, a holding company with a diverse portfolio of leading agency brands across a wide range of marketing disciplines and a presence in the Caribbean, as well as North, Central, and South America, announces the opening of its new office in Miami, Florida: SHIFT U.S. by Grupo Garnier, as part of its international expansion strategy. This new location will serve as a strategic hub to cater to the U.S. market and strengthen commercial ties across the region. From its new Miami base, SHIFT U.S. will offer services, including public relations and reputation management, multicultural communications, data-driven creative strategy, influencer engagement, and omnichannel content with a focus on measurable results.

The Miami operation will be led by Daniella Biffi, an award-winning communications professional with more than 18 years of experience in strategic communications, storytelling, and multicultural marketing in the U.S. Throughout her career, she has developed insight-driven, culturally resonant programs for global brands including McDonald’s, P&G, MasterCard, Dyson, and Walmart. Her experience across both agencies and brands gives her a well-rounded, creative, and results-driven perspective.
