Jeffery Liberman joins MLC Media as Senior Advisor for Broadcast Operations

MLC Media announced the appointment of Jeffery Liberman as Senior Advisor, effective May 1, 2026. In this role, Liberman will support broadcast operations and help strengthen best practices across the company’s growing media portfolio. He will report to MLC Principal, Carlos Moncada, and work with leadership across all MLC sister companies including Nueva Network.

A respected leader in Spanish-language media, Liberman brings decades of executive experience to MLC Media. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Entravision Communications, where he spent more than 25 years helping shape one of the most influential Hispanic media companies in the United States, overseeing more than 100 television and radio properties.

Liberman began his career in Spanish-language broadcasting in 1974 and joined Entravision Communications in 2000 following its acquisition of Latin Communications Group. There, he oversaw operations for 17 radio stations across key U.S. markets, including California, Colorado, New Mexico, and Washington, D.C. Over time, he advanced through senior leadership roles, leading the company’s radio division before being named Chief Operating Officer in 2017 and later serving as President and Chief Operating Officer for the past 9 years.

“For over 15 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Jeff during his time at Entravision, particularly through our collaboration on the Alex Lucas radio show,” said Moncada. “He brings unmatched industry expertise, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of the Spanish-language media landscape. His leadership will play a critical role as we continue to scale MLC Media and strengthen our broadcast capabilities.”

“I am thrilled to join the talented team that Carlos has built at MLC Media at such a pivotal time in our industry,” said Liberman. “MLC is in a great position to scale and expand its business, and I look forward to contributing to the company’s continued growth and success in the evolving media landscape.”
