2012: Beginning of the End of our World?

As many of you have seen in the movie 2012 and have heard from scholars based on their interpretation of Mayan culture and the Mayan calendar, the world will end December 2012. Doomsday is upon us in 355 days on December 21, 2012. Well let’s go out with a bang! We have 355 days to prove to marketers that the US Hispanic Consumer and the media that serves them in English or in Spanish is deserving of a larger share of the ad dollars than is currently being allocated. Just in case there is a 356th day, we at least will enjoy a larger share of the advertising pie for the next Mayan calendar cycle or 5,125.36 years. Here’s to 2012!
