4th Copa Mexico Juvenil 2008.

Pepsi & Latin Fusion Group launch for the fourth consecutive year „Copa Mexico Juvenil 2008‰, one of the most prestigious youth soccer tournaments in the West Coast. It is open to boys and girls, ages 6 to 16, and it is one of the few free youth tournaments that lasts more than 6 consecutive months in the West Coast, giving access to young people from organized leagues and unorganized play.

Pepsi provide thousands of young people the chance to compete in a first class tournament ‘Copa Mexico’, which gives players an opportunity to improve theirs soccer skills.

Participating in Copa Mexico provides a platform for physical activity, which reinforces the importance of an active lifestyle, and also offers the possibility of unique experiences, such as:

Mexico Cup (April to September 2008)
All Star Cup (June 7th, 2008)
Champion of the Champions Tournament (September 7, 2008)
Toys for Soccer Tournament (October to December2008)

Copa Mexico was created in Orange County in 2004, establishing tournament play among Youth soccer teams from all nationalities. Since its inception, more than 12,000 teams from the West Coast in the USA have participated. The program is supported by Pepsi to promote active lifestyles among youth and families.

This year Copa Mexico will honor 4 Soccer League Presidents for the first-ever ‘Solo for Our community’ Award. The award honors outstanding citizens who have worked hard to improve their community through one of their favorite sports, ‘SOCCER’.
