6th Annual U.S. Hispanic Boom Conference In Los Angeles In June, 2005.

A powerhouse of big brands will discuss winning strategies to cultivate relationships with the growing U.S. Latino consumer base. Strategic Research Institute will be hosting the 6th Annual Hispanic Boom and Profitable Customer Relationship Strategies conference, June 12-14, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Los Angles. This year’s forum will feature leading experts and success stories in this lucrative market segment. Robert Villatoro of Kraft Foods and Dan Nance of Casanova Pendrill will be co-chairing this meeting.

Program Highlights:

— Opening the conference, will be a keynote session by Terry G. Vavra and Timothy L. Keiningham, of Ipsos Loyalty Inc., sharing some innovative ways in which companies should be aiming for “Customer Delight” and not merely trying to just satisfy customers.

— A preliminary conference workshop will led by Nickelodeon and Cultural Access Group and conclude with a post conference workshop featuring direct response and outsourcing strategies led by Bill Colton of Global Telesourcing.
