Univision Communications Inc. announced that U.S. District Judge Philip S. Gutierrez in Los Angeles Federal Court has ruled in Univision’s favor in the Internet rights litigation with Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. Judge Gutierrez’ ruling prohibits Televisa from broadcasting over the Internet in the United States programs it has licensed to Univision under the Program License Agreement.
