Firestone Communications has purchased the production studios and uplink facilities from the creditors of Hispanic Television Network in Fort Worth, Texas. HTVN is under Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization.
Firestone also acquired HTVN’s cable carriage agreements which will be used to broadcast ¡Sorpresa! on Time Warner Cable, Cox and the National Cable TV Cooperative. In South Florida, HTVN is carried by Comcast Cablevision.
