Alma looking for New Creative Leadership.
May 27, 2013
Luis Miguel Messianu, President/Chief Creative Officer at Miami-based ad agency Alma, announced a search has been underway to find new creative leadership to join its award-winning team, Diego Yurkievich and Hernan Cerdeiro have left to pursue other interests.
“We enjoyed working with both Hernan and Diego and wish them the best in their future endeavors. We are looking for creative leadership that aligns more closely with our culture.” said Luis Miguel.
Messianu added that the agency’s culture is built on the equal importance of creativity, collaboration and business results. The new creative leadership he is looking for will wholeheartedly embrace this principle, rather than focusing too heavily on only one aspect. The agency’s consistent record of award-winning campaigns and business results has shown this to be a system that works. With the award season coming to a close at Cannes, where Alma won two Silver Lions, it gives the agency a fresh start for the 2014 creative cycle.
“I’m really proud of the agency we’ve built.” adds Messianu. “We attract top talent and work to get the absolute best results for our clients. Over the years, many of our alumni have taken what they’ve learned into the marketplace, and raised the bar across the industry.”
Diego Yurkievich has decided to take time off and Hernan Cerdeiro is heading to Austin based LatinWorks.
