alPunto Advertising and USPS offer seminar on Hispanic Market.

alPunto Advertising and the United States Postal Service have joined forces to offer a Hispanic market seminar in Southern California.

The seminar took place March 30th at the USPS offices in Anaheim and was extremely well attended.

Over 40 executives showed up from diverse industries such as healthcare, retail, automotive, health & beauty, printing and others.

The program was coordinated by Eddie Alvarran, Business Alliance Manager for USPS; Enrique Turégano, Brenda Fierro and Jorge Arguello from alPunto Advertising were the main presenters. “We took the group through 90 minutes of Hispanic market information, including new Census data, best practices and case studies. The information was extremely well received by the attendees with a number of them showing immediate interest in starting Hispanic marketing programs”, states Turégano, VP of alPunto.
The media section of the seminar was focused on the benefits of direct mail and the positive response Hispanic have to specific direct mail targeted efforts.

Future plans by the USPS are to have these seminars on an ongoing basis, follow up on leads from past seminars and evolve the information presented to keep it updated and pertinent. alPunto Advertising will continue partnering with USPS in these endeavors.
