alPunto Advertising assisting the LA Phil & Other Non-Profits.

Hispanic advertising agency alPunto Advertising is assisting two non-profits from the Los Angeles area with their marketing efforts. The agency has been working with the L.A. Philharmonic (LA PHIL) in developing a comprehensive marketing plan that will increase the attendance of Latinos to classical music venues. The timing of this effort is critical as the LA Phil will be welcoming its new musical director this October, Venezuelan born Gustavo Dudamel.

alPunto will be providing to the LA Phil a strategic roadmap that will be used to make informed decisions regarding the target, message, creative, media and promotional opportunities to help achieve their increased Hispanic awareness and attendance goal

alPunto is also working with Coastline College, a local non-profit education center, assisting them with research and with recommendations as to how to increase Hispanic student enrollment at the college. alPunto will be presenting findings and recommendations to the President and Board of Directors by mid May.

“We are always interested in collaborating with local community non-profits; it’s one way of giving back to the community in which we reside and it creates a great collaborative atmosphere among agency staff” states Enrique Turegano, alPunto’s Chief Business Strategist; “these days non-profits are in greater need to attract customers and donors and we are happy to provide our expertise to them.”

Both planning efforts will be completed this month and targeted material for the LA Phil will be developed later this year by alPunto.
