Latinminds went to a fascinating panel last night held by Tangerine @ Saatchi & Saatchi. The panel was titled Creating Digital Culture and panelists included:

The panel was moderated by John Winsor, Director of Digital Strategy at Crispin Porter + Bogusky

Much of the conversation went around making digital an integral part of the overall agency culture. Many agencies fall into the mistake of creating a digital department that does not blend with the overall agency.
