Atlanta Falcons’ Support Big Brothers Big Sisters Efforts To Reach The Hispanic Community.

Atlanta Falcons’ #63 offensive lineman Roberto Garza will soon be appearing in a PSA (public service announcement) campaign on television. The production begins Tuesday, July 8, 2003 and the press is invited to attend. The purpose of the television spot is to attract Hispanic parent participation and to increase the number of Hispanic volunteers (mentors) for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta. The television commercial is in both Spanish and English, with an emphasis on the Spanish version.

Roberto Garza, one of the NFL’s few bilingual Hispanic-American players is very enthused about the project. He is generously contributing his valuable time for this effort because he believes in what Big Brothers Big Sisters represents. He hopes that this PSA will help Big Brother Big Sisters obtain it projected goals.
