Azteca America Joins Comcast’s Central Valley Cable Line-Up.

Azteca America of Central California has been added to Comcast’s channel line-up throughout the Central Valley. Azteca America has been added to Comcast’s Basic Service line-up on cable channel 77. Azteca America had been broadcast over the air to Central Valley homes from KMSG-TV 55 Fresno and KFAZ-TV 8 Visalia before being added to Comcast’s channel line-up.
“Securing carriage with Comcast is a milestone event for us at Azteca America of Central California,” said General Manager Federico Galindo. Parent company Cocola Broadcasting has a stated goal of “bringing the best in Hispanic programming to all of the Central Valley,” says Todd Lopes, Vice President of Cocola Broadcasting Companies; in addition, “Comcast Cable allows us to better serve the valley’s vibrant Hispanic community.”
