Burger King Corporation announced its partnership with Latin music idols Pilar Montenegro and Obie Bermúdez to launch the Un día A TU MANERASM consumer sweepstakes. The pair will be featured in Spanish-language TV, radio and point of sale materials to drive Original Whopper sandwich enthusiasts to enter the Burger King $10,000 sweepstakes during the month of February.
A TU MANERASM, or HAVE IT YOUR WAY, takes consumers back to customizing their burgers the way they want them. The Un día A TU MANERASM promotion gives consumers unlimited options, beyond adding pickles and holding the mayo. From shopping sprees and travel getaways, to attending musical events or hosting a party for friends and family, the winners will receive pre-paid credit cards valued up to $10,000 to enjoy a day their way. Entries are available at participating Burger King restaurants across the country.
Pilar Montenegro and Obie Bermúdez are the first Hispanic celebrities to endorse a consumer marketing campaign for Burger King Corporation. The TV and radio spots will feature the duo asking for their Original Whopper sandwiches to be made just the way they like them and then cut away to shots on how the Latin stars would most like to spend a day “their way.”
