Peter Blacker, formerly Vice President of IM for AOL Latin America, has been named Vice President, AOL International and US Hispanic Interactive Marketing. Peter comes to AOL Inc. with a significant record of success, including more that 7 years in international cable TV and the Internet, including the launch of CBS Telenoticias. Peter was responsible for the launch of Star Media’s Global Partnership Program, which included developing the first international interactive marketing programs for L’Oreal, Danone, Bacardi, and Pepsi. During his tenure as VP AOL Latin America, Peter created the IM Latin America team, developing all IM products for Brazil, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Argentina. In addition he was instrumental in developing the US Hispanic initiative for AOL and AOLA under Keyword: Latino.
