Border Media Partners to acquire 2 FMs in San Antonio.

CBS Corporation announced that it has reached agreement to sell its radio stations in San Antonio, Texas, KTSA-AM and KJXK-FM, to Border Media Partners, LLC for $45 million in cash. The transaction is subject to customary conditions, including regulatory and other approvals.
