Bromley Communications takes home Addys and goes regional.

Bromley Communications, LLC racked up 18 ADDY awards from the San Antonio chapter of the American Advertising Federation (AAF). The combined honors included six Gold, six Silver and four Bronze ADDY®s as well as two special “Judge’s Awards”.

The most notable wins were for the Procter & Gamble, Always Solo de Chikas campaign which earned four ADDY awards including: three Gold, one Silver Online Media award and was one of the two special Judges awards in the New Media Web Campaign category.

The promotion was based on relevant Lateena insights and featured Si TV’s “On the Up” hostess, Anjelah Johnson. The viral movement included YouTube videos inspiring teens to break the status quo and portrayed insights into the world of young Lateenas by providing FYIs on how the world would be if it’s was a Chika (girl) world.

During the first week of posting, the spots received 121,000 hits on YouTube, while traffic on the Solo de Chikas website www.beinggirl.com/solodechikas.com increased by more than 100,000 visitors.

Other winners included General Mills International, Nestlé, San Antonio Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Alcoa and the San Antonio Symphony. The agency also earned a “Silver Creative Services” award for its “Three Kings of Bromleyville” Christmas Card. The Christmas Card was packaged came complete with hay for the hungry camels who faithfully arrived on Dia de Los Reyes to deliver their gifts to the agency’s friends and families.

“This year’s awards represent the agency’s broad spectrum of creative work across multiple marketing mediums. The agency took several awards, including the “Best of Show” award in 2007 for the inaugural campaign for the San Antonio Symphony’s “I’m with the Band” campaign. This year’s follow up campaign, “Get with the Band” earned five awards in multiple categories.
