Bromley MS&L In Final @ PRWeek Awards.

Bromley/MS&L has been chosen as a finalist for PR Week’s Multi-cultural Marketing Campaign of the Year from more than 800 entries nationwide. The PR Week awards honor the industry’s best public relations efforts based on effective research, planning and meeting desired objectives.

The award-winning campaign entitled Western Union Helping Hands for Immigrants, educated newcomers from Central America about Temporary Protection Status and other pressing immigration issues.

“The development of the Helping Hands campaign was strategically planned and executed,” says Roberto Conrado, Western Union’s marketing vice president for Latin America and the Caribbean. “The Western Union public education program reached a high percentage of Central American communities during our initial outreach. As a result of our success, we’re increasing our efforts in 2002 to include sponsorship of a series of nationally broadcast Town Hall Forums, monthly immigration consultation newspaper columns and a series of informational collateral.”
