Bromley picks up 28 Addys

At the recent 2015 San Antonio American Advertising Awards, Bromley Communications swept the show winning 28 ADDYs – the most by any local agency. Bromley took home 14 Gold, eight Silver and four Bronze awards for work produced on behalf of General Mills, Coors Light and the NBA.

“While this is one of our strongest performances in terms of numbers of trophies, I am most proud of the range of work – from the social media space, to radio, to television,” remarked CEO Ernest Bromley. “Creativity is alive and well and clearly reflected in the broad scope of work that earned our teams high honors.”

A Best of Broadcast trophy was awarded for Bromley’s Coors Light World Cup television work. The team had a multiple campaigns and projects that the agency turned into creative opportunities. The efforts resulted in the ten Gold, four Silver, two Bronze, and one Best Of Show awards for the brand.

For Ron Landreth, Creative Director, the 28 wins shine a light on the agency’s burgeoning social and digital capabilities. “We’re especially proud of the accolades because they recognize not just our established broadcast chops, but the impressive digital and social capabilities we’ve built up over the last few years.”

In a crowded digital category, the agency took home a Best of Digital award with its work for the millennial-focused Toaster Strudel Tumblr, a product of General Mills. The blog, now just over a year old, was recognized for its breakthrough efforts to engage fans of the popular breakfast pastry. This campaign excelled by reaching moms and millennials on the right platforms and in a manner and language that they could relate.

Six other awards were bestowed the agency for its work with General Mills brands.
