Browning named SR VP for Network Sales at Univision.

Univision Communications Inc. announced that Jeff Browning has been appointed senior vice president for Network Sales. Browning, who is based in New York, will assume his new responsibilities effective immediately and will report to Laura Molen, EVP, Network Sales. Last August, Browning was named senior vice president of News Sales and Strategy. He will retain those duties in addition to his new post where he will help lead a national team of sales professionals developing innovative advertising and marketing solutions for the Univision, TeleFutura and Galavisión networks.
 
“Jeff is a natural born sales leader who brings a career of building successful partnerships to his new role in Network Sales,” said Molen. “As Univision continues to enhance its ability to deliver value and engagement to our partners, I know Jeff will be a tremendous asset to help us achieve our objectives.”

Browning has been with Univision since 2008 when he joined the network as manager of National Sales for KMEX Univision 34. Following that, Browning served as western region vice president of National Sales and then, prior to joining the news sales division, was senior vice president of Univision Television Group Sales where in Los Angeles. Browning began his career in television sales at CBS Television Station Group and also worked in sales for Spike TV.
